Set precise Front and Back page placement for production-ready duplex PDFs.

Build and save a duplex workflow

Open Imposition Workflows, choose Manual setting, set the finished page size and select the output press sheet. Saved workflows keep these settings ready for the next job.

1. Set the press sheet
Choose 12 × 18, 13 × 19, or enter a custom width and height. Confirm the preview uses the correct orientation.
2. Choose Rows and Columns
For four pages on a sheet, use 2 rows and 2 columns.
3. Edit manual duplex order
Open Edit page order. Enter the Front sequence, such as 1, 3, 5, 7. By default the Back sequence becomes 2, 4, 6, 8.
4. Edit Back pages when needed
Turn off automatic Back pages to enter a custom Back sequence, including repeated page numbers.
5. Repeat the form
The same sequence repeats for following form blocks in one generated PDF.
